About Me
My name is Mark Underhill and I began my career over thirty years ago as a radiological decontamination specialist for Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Station in Homestead Florida. Since then I have had the good fortune to be be able to continue my education of hazardous material containment and removal and have been trained as an asbestos removal technician and mold removal specialist. While furthering my education as a decontamination expert I have also had the pleasure of running my own general contracting business for over fifteen years. I have spent the past twenty five years living in and providing my services to the citizens of The Sandhills.
Moore County is my home and I have had the immense pleasure of building a life and raising a family here. I want to provide for you the same level of professionalism, quality of workmanship, and customer service I would want for my own family. I will treat you as if you were one of my own, with all the benefits of my years of training, skill, and expertise, not just because you are my customer, but because you are my neighbor.

I come from a military family and two of my sons are Paramedics. I understand the sacrifices made by our military members, our first responders, and all of their loved ones and I hold all of you in the highest of regard. My Warranty
I put my heart and soul into each job and I stand behind my work 100%. This is why I offer a ten-year limited warranty to all of my customers. I'm so confident in my work that I also offer to extend my warranty after the initial ten years if you do your part and follow my home care advice after completion of the job.
